When my computer was attacked by a virulent virus, Patrick cleared it up and reloaded all my data onto a new computer; he also advised me in the purchase of the new computer. He was prompt, attentive, easy to work with and very generous with his time. As issues with the new computer and nuances in the programs that I did not understand came up, he provided me with assistance in the mostly timely and efficient way. I highly recommend him to others and will call upon him without hesitation when I need help.
